Insurance

As a courtesy, we may bill your medical insurance. Your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company; It is your responsibility to know your coverage. You are required to provide correct and updated information regarding your insurance. We cannot guarantee your insurance benefits or the information your insurance company provides.

You are responsible for the payment of co-pays, coinsurance, deductibles and all other procedures or treatment not covered by your insurance plan. You are ultimately responsible for the payment of provided care and treatment.

We base your treatment on your individual needs and health goals, not insurance coverage. Some plans have a limited amount of visits per calendar year and may not cover cupping or other modalities. Services provided and rendered are based on the individual patient and their needs the day of treatment. Maintenance wellness is typically not covered by insurance. For wellness, we recommend monthly maintenance.

If this seems overwhelming, we have a time of service system in place for this reason. We strive to provide you with the best care possible to help you reach your health goals. We don’t want insurance billing issues or coverage to stand in the way of this.
